I updated from Office 2010 to Office 2013 last night. I am trying to open my Excel files now that I am using Office 2013, but when I do, the program opens up, but I only get a blank screen. I did not have the problems until I removed Office 2010. I am running Windows 7, 32-bit.

  • And the person asking the question in that link never got a resolution. answers.microsoft.com is a cut'n paste wonderland of scripted answers that often miss the boat. – Fiasco Labs Nov 24 '14 at 2:44

  • @Rsya:I tried to do a screenshot, but it does not copy. I can open up Excel 2013, but it does not open up my file. There are no error messages. – RLT Nov 25 '14 at 1:26
  • I was able to correct any issues using the "Office Repair". Thanks for all suggestions! – RLT Nov 25 '14 at 23:49
