I am changing pcs and on the current pc am running XP and Outlook Express. I have tried using importing built in Import on Outlook 2007 on the current pc but it doesnt move all the emails into the right folders. It creates the correct folder structure, but the emails aren't there.

Then I will export and move to the new PC and new outlook.

  • Have both Outlook Express and Outlook open. Drag your Outlook Express emails into matching Outlook folders. – Sun Aug 19 '16 at 23:24
  • I dont see the folder structure in the outlook .pst files. Do you mean dragging from the open view of OutlookExpress to the open Outlook? – xev11 Aug 20 '16 at 6:18
