I'd like to move emails, files and folders from outlook 365 to selected back-up folder on my computer drive. What's the best way to do this?

    You probably want to create a PST file to save your email locally. – Run5k Jan 10 at 15:52
  • If i remember well, .pst file is automatically created since it's the default storage backend. So, just save this file and it's over. – binarym Jan 10 at 16:13
  • @binarym I think, because they say Outlook 365, they refer to the web interface. And as such, you will need to make this file on your computer somehow. – var firstName Jan 14 at 17:40
