A guide to arrangements on admission for patients coming from a foreign country.

Undergoing and recuperating from a medical treatment in an unfamiliar country can be very difficult and stressful for you and your loved ones. We at Asian Hospital and Medical Center would like to make this experience as pleasant as possible, as we open our doors to give you a total caring environment.

Our International Health Services staff is especially dedicated to giving you complete service, from the time you make an appointment to the time you leave our hospital. It is a one stop shop totally committed to meeting your needs promptly.

Our team of experienced IHS Officers and Guest Services Associates provide a wide range of services for you and your family members, in order to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience.

REGISTRATION SERVICES

We help you make all the necessary arrangements with admissions for your upcoming medical procedure. When you arrive at the hospital, you will proceed to our International Health Services Office, and our staff will guide you through the registration and admission process.

ACCOMODATION

We can also help you find a hotel or a full service apartment using the hospital’s corporate rate. We can also put you in contact with a full service inbound/ outbound travel agency, should you require any other arrangement with out of town resorts or have other travel rela ted concerns.

PRE-ADMISSION PAYMENT

Patients who do not have a residence in the Philippines are required to have initial payment of 50% of the procedure cost.

TRANSPORTATION CONCIERGE SERVICES

We also offer the following services:

  • Porter Services
  • Mail Postage and Delivery
  • Business Center Services including faxing and photocopying. Assistance in visa extension through the inbound/ outbound tour operator.

Airport transfers to and from the hospital via a hire car service or ambulance may be arranged.
